We try our best, we really do!  But sometimes things go wrong.  When that happens, we'll do our best to get the problem sorted.

If you have an issue with your order or you simply wish to get in touch, please send an email to hello@doodleanddot.co.uk.  We'll aim to get back to you within 48 hours (it'll be faster on weekdays as our customer service team operates from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).   

Not all of our stock is held in our warehouse. We work with lots of different suppliers, some of which will dispatch your items directly from their facility. If your order includes more than one item, it's possible the items may come from different suppliers and will be sent to you in separate deliveries. You will only be charged one delivery fee.
